It seems like a million years ago that Raquel Tejada, nee Welch, appeared in the photo shot seen 'round the world, publicizing her role in the HAMMER FILMS production of ONE MILLION YEARS, B.C. (1966). Consequently, this photo appeared more than once in monster magazines of the day. Happy Birthday, Raquel. You still rock!

So true! On the heels of Bradbury's and Harryhausen's 90th, I'm staying away from mirrors for a couple of days. As for Raquel, she's still smokin' after all these years!
