TERROR IN SIN CITY

New 'Ahlens may have its Mardi Gras, but nobody parties on Halloween like they do in Las Vegas. The October 11 issue of LAS VEGAS WEEKLY has a several-page list of events centered around the Halloween season.

A sidebar lists the handful of horror flicks that have taken place in Sin City over the years, such as Ray Dennis Steckler's 1986 forgettable THE LAS VEGAS SERIAL KILLER, where one critic went so far as to say, "Films this bad should be used as punishment, perhaps in prisons," and the 2003 Blaxploitation flick, VEGAS VAMPIRES.

The October 14 issue of LAS VEGAS MAGAZINE features an article on the 10-year anniversary of the annual Las Vegas Halloween attraction, Fright Dome.
