Bidding at Heritage Auctions is heating up for a lot of 30 vintage WEIRD TALES magazines. The box of aging pulps contains issues from the decade 1943-1953. This was close to the end of the original run of the venerable old 'zine, but there were still plenty of good stories by plenty of superb authors to enjoy. The general condition of the copies for sale here are more for acquiring as "reading copies", rather than collector's copies. I've personally had more than one pulp magazine's spine snap not long after purchase and it very well could be that these are headed that way, too. They might be more appropriate for digitizing. Nevertheless, any copy of WT in any condition from the 1st era is worth being on any Monsterologist's bookshelf.
