KONGA IN SPECTAMATION!

FILM BULLETIN March 20, 1961

American International's 1961 production title of KONGA was obviously influenced by the earlier, classic giant monster film, KING KONG. Starring Michael Gough, it was ballyhooed across the country by producer Herman Cohen.

The FILM BULLETIN carried an ad and a review for KONGA. They also covered Cohen's trip from Hollywood back East and to the Midwest promoting his film.
